FAMB is the oldest and largest Mortgage Brokers Association in the nation. The Association’s Broward chapter was looking for a company to help it organize an upcoming tradeshow for 2,000 people at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale / Broward County Convention Center. When they first approached EXPO with this project they started by giving us the show’s theme–Star Trek, To Boldly Go Where No Industry Has Gone Before. Based on that theme, our in-house graphic designer took the client’s logo and theme and created a wide array of convention display graphics and convention display signs. From simple easel signs to elaborate entrance archways, the show’s theme was all over the convention center. We also provided them with pipe and drape booths as well as exhibitor services. In addition to filling design needs, we helped them with the tradeshow’s logistics including everything from double-checking how they assigned the booths, informing exhibitors of their booth assignments, coordinating with the convention center on their behalf regarding association’s furniture needs and food and beverage needs. |

Since FAMB did not have the time or the manpower to focus 100% on the tradeshow, they relied on EXPO to fill in the gaps. The largest gap came in the form of convention display graphics and convention display signs. Not having an in–house graphic designer or having the resources to hire one on the outside, EXPO was there to help. The total look of the show was more than what our client envisioned. Using graphics, colors, fonts and styles, EXPO’s sign shop dazzled everyone who saw the signage. |
